Playing at the Lake

Since Eli came so early we decided to get a vacation in before Jared got busy, so we headed up to Flathead Lake. We stopped in Bozeman and celebrated Aunt Nellie's birthday and then the next day drove the rest of the way. We had a great time! The boys played in the water and golfed. Since I was 3 weeks postpartum I could only watch, but I could play the Wii. Pason gained alot of confidence this year. He would swim around the dock and even jump in. He tubed, rode on the jet ski, and even knee boarded with Jared hanging on the back. He tried to do it by himself, but hadn't been taught the all important lesson of letting go of the rope if you fall off. Carter tried all the things that Pason did, but was as excited about any of it. Maybe next year.
