That is the question. Saturday we bought new bunk beds for the boys. I thought that we would put both beds in Pason's room in an L shape. They don't fit that way. We could put them parallel on opposite walls, but that doesn't leave much room. Pason of course wants them bunked. That would leave plenty of room, but I am afraid we will end up with broken limbs. Carter is fearless and I can just see a couple of super heroes thinking it's fun to "fly" off the bed. Right now I am leaning towards keeping both boys in their own rooms. They don't want that, but it's the only way we would be able to continue nap time/quite time.

Hey! have you ever considered trundle beds? We have them because we too are limited in space, and it is WONDERFUL! When my boys get up, they make Dallin's bed (top) and push in McKade's (bottom) so they have room to play and stuff. It has worked out really well, so far. I even think they're cheaper than bunk beds.
I rolled of my bunk beds constantly, never broke a bone. That's not all you can do with bunk beds either. Once while playing I thought I would jump as high as I could of my bunk bed and my forehead shattered the glass light covering showering me with glass as I landed. It was awesome!
p.s.
Actually my brother broke his arm from a bunk bed. He was wrestling my cousin on the top bunk and he fell off and landed on his arm weird and broke it.
